Wine-tasting: its colour is pale yellow. The smell presents yellow fruits scents, white flowers and hay hints ans mineral tones. The flavour is fresh, well-balanced and it has a nice salinity. 

Matching: it is great with seafood dishes and also with white meat.

Winery: Le Poggette farm is 450 acres wide, 18 of them are dedicated to vines; it is located in the hills of Montecastrilli and San Gemini.

Why we like Umbria Grechetto igt 2016-Le Poggette: Umbria Grechetto IGT is obtained by grapes harvested in the last week of September, when they reach the maximum lever of ripen, so that the warm sun can concentrate all of the grapes flavour variety. It has a great liveliness and a nice progression, the more the minutes pass, the more the flavours increase.
