AMALTEA Campania Greco IGT 2019
€13.90The Amaltea vineyard is located in Sessa Aurunca, near the Gulf of Gaeta, from which it receives fresh saline breezes, on a land originating from the great explosion of the Roccamonfina volcano. The welcoming climate and the earth rich in mineral salts make perfect grapes grow which we cultivate with very few interventions and in compliance with the rules of organic farming. We harvest the grapes when fully ripe and, in the vinification, the must ferments in small mulberry and acacia barrels. The golden yellow color shines with amber shades. The scent is fruity and mineral. On the palate it is robust, with a good acidic freshness, acquiring complexity with the passage of time. Ideal as an accompaniment to soups, savory dishes and aged cheeses. Serving temperature 12-14 ° C
