Pale yellow color with greenish hues, gentle herbaceous and wildflowers scents. Young wine but well-balanced; it presents a salty profile, traces of unripe plum that leaves the mouth clean and a lime-tinged finish.
It is excellent as an aperitif, or with battered vegetables, quiches, risotto with nettles or with asparagus of Cilavegna, risotto with frogs, spinach fresh dough strozzapreti with white meat sauce, tortelli filled with herbs and seasoned with butter, spit-roasted cockerel, fried lake fish or fried seafood, schnitzel steak.
