Our company is located on the gentle hills that surround the Gulf of Gaeta to the south. The welcoming climate and the earth rich in mineral salts make perfect grapes grow which we cultivate with very few interventions and in compliance with the rules of organic farming. The Primitivo vine, with a rustic character and early ripening, gives grapes that the skilful vinification transforms into a strong and gentle wine.The color is deep ruby ​​with violet reflections, the aroma is intense, persistent and enveloping with notes of ripe fruit and spices . The taste is full-bodied and harmonious with an aftertaste of ripe blackberries and plums.It goes well with cold cuts and cheeses, spicy soups, white meats and it is recommended to taste it at a temperature of 18-20 ° C

Vinification

Manual harvest. Destemming followed by maceration of the berries at a temperature of 25-26 ° C for about 20/25 days. During fermentation, pumping over and "delestages" are performed alternately. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the malolactic fermentation takes place.

The wine ages for 12 months in steel and, before being put on the market, it ages in the bottle for another 6 months.
