Harvest: by hand, in different times between September and October
Vinification: The must lies on the skins for about 18 days at controlled temperature
Aging: the wine ages in wood, in concrete and in amphorae for some months.
Characteristics: it is of ruby red colour with purple shades. The smell is intense and spicy, with cherry, blueberry and raspberry scents. The taste is complex, fresh and elegant. It is a harmonic wine.
Matching: it is served at 16-18°C. It is perfect with meat main courses. It is also good with aged cheese and sausage, since it remarks salty flavours.
