Grape variety: Sangiovese.
Wine area: 250 to 280 metres above sea level. The training system is "Spur cordon".
Fermentation: pressing of the grapes for a short maceration about 8 hours. After the wort is introduced in stainless steel vats for a long fermentation alcoholic at a controlled temperature of 16º C
Maturation and ageing: at the end of fermentation it is left to rest on lees for 5 months with frequent bâtonnage. Aeging 3 months in bottle.
Tasting notes:pale cherry, pleasant varietal sensations of fruit fresh. There are hints of cherry, morello cherry, strawberry and melon; round, full, warm with a savory finish and harmonious
