It begins with an overbearing floral bouquet of roses, then the ripe raspberry and
the sweet wild strawberry gently emerge, with a touch of sweet spices and a thin
finish of eucalyptus.
The palate has vigorous bubbles, the sip is fresh, salty and its backbone assures a
great length.
Refined aperitif to start, followed by a scallop dish, razor clams au gratin, risotto
with vegetables and shrimp, Chinese fried rice, seafood paella, livornese red mullets,
lamb chops, sun-dried tomatoes and, in the end, a trifle. -

Thanks to the volcanic nature of the land and the cultivation conducted according to the criteria of organic farming, we harvest perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. Our Falerno Bianco is obtained from a skilful blend of Falanghina and Fiano grapes harvested by hand and vinified with artisanal care. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections, the aroma is intense with notes of tropical fruit, the taste is of good acidity, well balanced and harmonious. It is recommended to taste it at a temperature of 12-14 ° C.
