Soil: clayous and calcareous, of volcanic origin

Aging: after racking, it rests for 6 months on yeasts, 6 months in inox steel and 6 months inbottle

Colour: intense ruby red with purple shades

Smell: fruity and spicy scents, ripe red fruits scents with complex notes, herbaceous and vegetal scents, drying sensations

Taste: important body and tannic, elegant, balanced, with final winding.
