Vine: 60% Merlot 40% Cabernet Franc

Soil: clayous and calcareous, of volcanic origin
Harvest and vinification: it is harvested by hand when the grape is ripe; controlled alcoholic complete fermentation on pomace for about 10 days without the help of sulphur dioxide.
Aging: after racking, it rests for 6 months on yeasts, 6 months in inox steel and 6 months in bottle
Colour: ruby red with purple shades
Smell: fruity and herbaceous
Taste:intense and balanced young wine
