Production area: Rovolon, Euganei hills, Italy
Vine: 50%Sauvignon, 50% Chardonnay
Soil: it is clayey and calcareous, of volcanic origins
Harvest and vinification: grapes are harvested by hand when they are well ripen. White vinification in closed press and light pressing of the whole bunches. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
Aging: ¾ months on its yeasts in inox steel. After bottling, it rests on its bottle for 3 months.
Colour: intense pale white
Smell: flowery and fruity scents
Taste: mineral fresh and savoury taste, with a balanced fumé note
