Vine: 70% Cabernet 30% Merlot
Alcohol: 13,5% Vol
Soil: clayous and calcareous, of volcanic origin
Harvest and vinification: it is harvested by hand when the grape is ripe; controlled alcoholic complete fermentation on pomace for about 20 days without the help of sulphur dioxide.
Aging: after transferring and malolactic fermentation, it rests and ages for 12 months in second or third passage barrels, then 12 months in tonneau. Once bottled, it rests for 6 monthsColour: ruby red with garnet shades.
Smell: fruity and herbaceous scents, with notes of small berries and spices, balsamic
Taste: wine of body and structure, well-balanced and tannic.
