Grape variety: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot.
Wine area: From 250 to 280 meters s.l.m. The soil is composed of stratified Pliocene marine sand and tuff. The training system is “Cordone speronato" and the number of vines per hectare is 5,000.
Fermentation: 15-20 days maceration in steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Maturation and aging: 12 months maturation in French oak barrels. Aging 6 months in bottle.
Tasting notes: intense and deep ruby red color. Complex aroma of red berry fruits and spicy notes. Warm and enveloping taste.
