Wine area: from 250 to 280 meters s.l.m. The soil is clayey and tuff. The training system is "Cordone speronato" and the number of vines per hectare is 5,000.
Fermentation: in steel tanks at automatically controlled temperature, with maceration of 20 days about pumping over and daily punching.
Maturation and aging: 12 months maturation in French oak barrels and tonneaux. Aging 6 months in bottle.
Tasting notes: ruby red color with garnet reflections. Vinous bouquet with hints of wild berries. The taste is harmonious and balanced, slightly tannic.
