Harvest and vinification: harvested by hand when ripe. Vinification in closed press without sulphuric and soft pressing with whole bunches.
Aging: fermentation and secondary fermentation in one step-only long Charmat method
Colour: pale yellow with golden shades, fine and persistent perlage
Smell: flowery scents with citric and medical herbs (sage, mint, orange blossom) notes, graceful and mellow
Taste: acidity and mellowness are well balanced, nice minerality
