Soil: it is clayey and calcareous, of volcanic origins
Harvest and vinification: grapes are harvested by hand when they are well ripen. White vinification in closed press and light pressing of the whole bunches. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature.
Aging: 3/4 months on its yeasts in inox steel
Colour: intense pale white with gold shades
Smell: flowery and fruity scents
Taste: fresh mineral taste with well-balanced varied notes
