VINIFICATION

Direct pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel tank with temperature control at 15/18 degrees. Stabilization and bottling. Fermentation until achieving the desired alcohol gradation. Filtered and bottled.

Fruity, intense, specific and peculiar.
