      Our company is located on the gentle hills that surround the Gulf of Gaeta to the south. Thanks to the volcanic nature of the land and the cultivation conducted according to the criteria of organic farming, we harvest perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. Our Falerno Bianco is obtained from a skilful blend of Falanghina and Fiano grapes harvested by hand and vinified with artisanal care. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections, the aroma is intense with notes of tropical fruit, the taste is of good acidity, well balanced and harmonious. It is recommended to taste it at a temperature of 12-14 ° C.

      The Amaltea vineyard is located in Sessa Aurunca, near the Gulf of Gaeta, from which it receives fresh saline breezes, on a land originating from the great explosion of the Roccamonfina volcano. The welcoming climate and the earth rich in mineral salts make perfect grapes grow which we cultivate with very few interventions and in compliance with the rules of organic farming. We harvest the grapes when fully ripe and, in the vinification, the must ferments in small mulberry and acacia barrels. The golden yellow color shines with amber shades. The scent is fruity and mineral. On the palate it is robust, with a good acidic freshness, acquiring complexity with the passage of time. Ideal as an accompaniment to soups, savory dishes and aged cheeses. Serving temperature 12-14 ° C
